In this episode, I inspire leaders to allow their team members explore their abilities
A leader needs to see how valuable each member of staff is, and treat them with dignity. Each staff comes on board with unique set of abilities that project the image of a country or organization. It is up to a good leader to evoke that ability by inspiring his or her team.
The Rwandan story inspired me to record this episode after careful observation while I lived there. Hope you are inspired.

Princess loves to see people operate in their natural gifts/talents/abilities. She has authored two books currently to inspire people to discover their best self and she runs a podcast, ' The best version of you intl Podcast ' to achieve similar goals. Leisurely, she runs an NGO to empower people to use their craft to impact society. She is an attorney called to the Rwandan Bar and as a legal researcher, has authored legal articles.
